New Favorite Cashback Apps that Help Me Save a TON on Disney World! – #1 and #7 Surprised Us!

Saving money for your next Disney trip? Same, girl. Same. We look everywhere to save money, and we look at every dollar saved as a dollar saved for our next Disney vacation!

These days, you might need those dollars for groceries, the mortgage payment, or new shoes for the kids- who gave them permission to grow so fast anyway?!

Let’s take a look at some of our favorite money saving apps to make sure you’re not leaving cash on the table on your next shopping trip!

1. Brandclub

An easy $12 payout on your first day as a sign on bonus! Brandclub is a new-to-me app, but it’s paid more in the first month than fighting with some tried-and-true apps for years! To set it up, you link your store rewards accounts and add your favorite brands to your “club” lists to score each time you shop!

Be sure to “join” your brands before syncing your stores. This way, all the purchases you’ve made in recent months will give you that instant payday we’re looking for!

2. IBotta

The OG cashback app is still kicking, and I’m seeing more and more of my regular brands popping up on IBotta these days. You’re no longer stuck hunting for new and obscure brands to earn the payouts. That’s huge for me because if I’m spending on stuff I don’t normally buy, then, where are the savings, right? Riddle me THAT!

Don’t judge, but I’ve been hitting the Kraft Mac and Cheese payout week after week. If you already have IBotta and gave up, it’s time to fire it back up again!

3. Fetch

Fetch automatically “fetches” receipts from your email and Amazon account to earn points. I even stack points from the Apple app store. If you shop in-store, you also have the option to scan a physical receipt.

They accept grocery receipts, restaurant receipts, and more (think: USPS, dry cleaning, Walgreens, etc.)! Not only can you redeem for the usual gift cards like Starbucks and Amazon, you can also redeem for an actual Disney gift card. (Eyes on the prize, y’all. Eyes. On. The. Prize.) Their current sign-up bonus is $5.

4. Field Agent

Field Agent is a mystery shopping app with different tasks and pretty fat payouts. Tasks might include taking a picture of a gas station beverage cooler or snapping a pic of a shelf display in Walmart.

Some of my favorite jobs are reviewing your experience at Walmart grocery pickup and free pizza day! A few times per month, Field Agent will list jobs (usually with brands like Little Caesar’s) to grab a pizza, rate your experience, and scan your receipt to get fully reimbursed for your pizza.

5. Dosh

Dosh pays to double-dip on planned purchases, but always make sure you check the terms and conditions. If I need to buy an appliance or am going to go buy seasonal staples for my kid’s wardrobe, I’ll double check to see if Dosh offers cash back for a location. It can make the difference between going to Lowes versus Home Depot, if the math maths.

6. Rakuten

This is another oldie-but-goodie. If you haven’t signed up for Rakuten, it’s another great resource for planned online purchases. Check the cashback percentage before clicking through to make your purchase.

I’m always surprised to see how these add up, especially if you have the Chrome extension that will prompt you on a retailer’s website, but you can also use their app or website on your phone.

7. Raise

I’m impressed with how easy Raise is to use. It’s actually a discounted gift card marketplace. I use it for small purchases.

For example, we order Domino’s Pizza regularly, but I can save 5-10% on a Domino’s gift card or even buy a discounted gift card for the exact amount of my bill on Raise, so you’re never left with those e-gift cards with wasted dollars and cents!

I’ll also grab a Starbucks gift card if I need to top off my account instead of reloading the app with my bank account. Don’t forget- it’s a scientifically proven fact that Starbucks tastes better from Plaza Bakery on Main Street U.S.A.! (and yes, they accept Starbucks gift cards!)

That’s the Tea!

I hope this is enough to get you started on saving money for the Most Magical Place on Earth! Every penny counts these days, but these cashback apps can sure help save a little here and there!

As always, if you are planning a Disney trip in 2024 or beyond, don’t hesitate to reach out! I’m here to help!
